North Lake Tahoe Cleaning’s commitment to giving back to the community.

At North Lake Tahoe Cleaning we believe that it is our and everyone’s responsibility to make the world a better place. We also believe that we can make the biggest impact right here in our local community. One of the ways we are committed to community improvement is to give back a portion of our revenue to local non-profits who can directly use the funds to improve our community.
The local non-profits we chose to support were chosen through a poll we conducted by a wide range of community members. With the organizations limited to four, we will ask our customers at the time of payment which of the four they would like to support. We will then commit to donating a portion of that payment to the organization of their choosing.
This is a work in progress and will make adjustments as is necessary. The important step is that we begin and then course correct as we gain experience.
The current organizations we will be supporting are outlined below:

Pet Network Humane Society

Pet Network Humane Society values animal protection, compassion, community collaboration, servant leadership, humane education, innovation and sustainability.

Courage Project

https://www.courageproject.org/
Anxiety and Depression limit children from seeing all that they are capable of achieving. We’re here to change that. By compassionately and thoughtfully introducing children to inspiring mountain adventures in world-class Lake Tahoe, The Courage Project provides children with experiences that challenge their expectations regarding their capabilities. Our goal is to help children with anxiety and depression believe in their ability to live their lives to the fullest.

The Tahoe Rim Trail Association

The mission of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association is to maintain and enhance the Tahoe Rim Trail system, practice and inspire stewardship, and preserve access to the natural beauty of the Lake Tahoe region.
The Tahoe Rim Trail is one of the most iconic and beautiful long-distance recreation trails in the world. The 165+ mile single-track trail is open to hiking, equestrians, and mountain biking (in most areas). The trail circumnavigates the ridge lines of the Lake Tahoe Basin, crossing six counties, four National Forests, three wilderness areas, two states, and one state park. The entire Tahoe Rim Trail is designated as a National Recreation Trail.
