We are a commercial cleaning company providing linen service for smaller hotels and cabins around Lake Tahoe. Our facility is at the lake level which will provide for quick turnaround times and we don’t have to deal with closed roads or other delays during the busy winter and summer seasons. We pride ourselves in cost effective, reliable service, with a quick turnaround and quality results.
How Our Managed Linen Service Works
We collect your linens as designated in our arrangement and return them to you in 3-5 days. All linens will be crisp, clean, and ready to be used.
Standard service includes bedding and towels but we can facilitate most items that do not require special handling, dry cleaning, delicate, etc..
Linen service includes wash, dry, fold of:
sheet sets
duvets covers
duvets
towels
sleeping bags
dog beds
robes
mattress pads
pillows
bathmats
Ironing as requested for pillowcases, flat sheets, and duvet covers.
(Special arrangements can be addressed as necessary.)

Linen Service Pricing
Linen service pricing is as follows:
$2.00/lb with a $40.00 minimum, includes pick up and delivery.
Bulk discounts are available.
Ironing is available for an additional fee $.50/pillowcase, $2.00/flat sheet, $4.00/duvet cover
Rush service (overnight) add $20.
Our Laundering Procedure for your sheets and towels
Clean bedding and towels are such an important part of ensuring your property is ready for the next guest.
We put the linens into laundry bags, and label the bags with your property’s information on site.
The bags are then brought to our facility where they are checked into our system and inventoried.
The linen is then cleaned, folded, and put back into the corresponding bag.
The linen is then delivered right to your facility or property.

How long does linen service take?
Most items can be processed and returned in 3-5 days. Quicker service can be processed and returned on a case by case basis.
Do you provide laundry service for guests at an additional cost?
Expedited service is available. We do not launder personal garments. Client drop off and pick up may be available on a prearranged basis.
Do you provide any type of guarantee or warranty?
We will be responsible for returning all pieces that were brought into our facility but cannot be responsible for damage occurring during a normal wash/dry/iron cycle nor for stains that we are unable to remove.
