How much does vacation rental cleaning cost?
Cleaning costs vary based on total square footage, the number of beds, bathrooms, and the details of the house. However, we will work with you to be able to pass the cost on to your renters.
Do you require a contract for vacation rental cleaning?
No. As long as you are happy with our service we figure you will stick around.
How long will it take to clean between renters?
We request a standard five-hour cleaning window. This is typically a 10:00 or 12:00 check out and a 3:00 or 4:00 check-in window.
Do you provide linen services for vacation rentals?
Currently, we don’t provide a managed linen service. However, this is one of our top priorities for the future. We do have a robust system to make sure linens taken off-site for laundering are returned correctly.
